CUsTogether Conferences Refund / Cancellation Policy
To avoid being charged a $75 administrative processing fee for cancelled registrations, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 803-376-8050 to arrange for a substitute attendee.
Registered on-site conference participants may receive a full refund minus a $75 administrative processing fee up until three (3) calendar days prior to the first day of the conference (May 6 or September 9, 2021). Registered guest and virtual conference participants will receive a full refund up until three (3) calendar days prior to the first day of the conference (May 6 or September 9, 2021).
No refunds will be issued within three (3) calendar days of the first day of the conference (May 6 or September 9, 2021). However, substitutions will be allowed up until the first day of the conference. For substitutions please contact us directly at email@example.com or by phone at 803-376-8050.

This website offers visitors information on current and upcoming CUsTogether Conferences, including registration and payment options. The registration costs are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices conference registration displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors which may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing is available on the payments page. CUsTogether does not charge sales tax and absorbs all payment processing fees.
We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
