Mr. Gardner is committed to helping fellow credit unions to succeed. He delivers his presentation in a way credit union staff who are not lenders or risk assessment can understand.
I enjoyed hearing about everyone's (Emerging Leaders panel discussion) personal experience with starting out in their careers and how they go to where they are now. Very inspiring.
I loved the development aspect of the conference. I am very excited to continue my development.
